2020 COVID-19 Guidelines |
For the safety of everyone at the field please stay home if you are not feeling well!
We will be following all of the NYS guidelines and procedures.

Waiver Roster must be signed by all players and handed in to umpire prior to the start of the first game.
NO ROSTER = NO GAMES BEING PLAYED!!
PRINT OUT AND HAVE READY FOR PLAYERS TO SIGN AT FIELD
***NOTE: the umpire will not have blank copies at the field!
YOU CAN TYPE NAMES AND DOB PRIOR TO PRINTING.
PLAYERS WHO DO NOT SIGN AT FIRST GAME WILL NEED TO SIGN AN ADDENDUM ROSTER PRIOR TO PLAYING.
Team equipment – No sharing if possible, if sharing of equipment is necessary it will be the team’s responsibility to disinfect items between equipment users.
Teams are responsible for and required to maintain their own social distancing – Including parking lots or team areas
NO HAND SHAKES, HIGH FIVES – PRE or POST GAME
Teams need to bring their own Hand sanitizer, disinfectant wipes
Teams are required to clean out dugouts of all items after all games have been played
Dugouts – No players except on deck batter will be allowed in the dugouts due to limited space
Base Coaches will be allowed – social distanced from all on players (defense and offensive) on the field
Masks- Follow State & Local Requirements – Any person that wants to wear a cloth face covering or mask is encouraged to do so as long as it does not become a safety issue.
League is recommending no spectators due to limited space outside the field and social distancing. Some parks could limit the amount of cars/people due to social distancing.
Pre-Game Meeting / Coin Toss – Shorten meeting max one player per team social distancing.
Supply umpire with new ball inside wrapper – Umpire will remove wrapper
